Disappointed in the process In the six weeks I have owned the car purchased from Palm Coast Ford I have had to drop it off to be repaired twice for the exact same problem. The fi In the six weeks I have owned the car purchased from Palm Coast Ford I have had to drop it off to be repaired twice for the exact same problem. The first time, three days after purchase, it was kept four days for what I was told was debris (not visible with the human eye) as I checked for this obvious obstruction before bringing it in for service. Less than a month later I had to drop it off again for the same problem. This time it was kept seven days. This time I brought online information about a service notice associated with the panoramic sunroof for the model car purchased. After five days my husband called to find out what was being done and was told parts were ordered and it would be a couple more days. When I picked my car up both times the tank was empty even though it was dropped off with a full tank. When questioned the employee stated it had to be fixed by your sister location Kia of Deland. My frustration stems from the problem clearly being ignoythe first time causing the same issue to fester weeks later and the lack of knowledge by the staff to know a service notice was issued related to that problem described. Also I feel that as Palm Coast Ford is owned by the same company and Deland Kia the service department should be well trained on all models the company sells and my vehicle should not have to be transported to Deland and back costing me money in fuel that was never offered back. Having never dealt with your service department before purchasing this vehicle I am shocked by the ineffeciency, lack of knowledge, and disrespect I have seen. More
