Jon Hart, our Service Advisor and John L'Heureux, Service and Parts Director, {and also the technician} are OUTSTANDING! With a late vehicle emergency on a rainy Friday during rush hour, we were treated as though it was their vehicle problem. They went above and beyond to diagnose our problem, help with vehicle rental and rush the parts needed to complete the work to get us back in our vehicle as soon as possible. Jon text and called each step of the way and kept us up to date as if we were the only customer in their very busy Service Department. John L'Heureux also went above and beyond and was on top of everything that needed to be done, along with helping with the end result.
