Got there, they had no record of an appt for me and said they had time to get me in and out for oil change. Say there for close to 3 hours with my 11 month old. Oil change was great and they reviewed recommended service but this is second time I have made appt for oil change and been there almost 3 hours. More

Waiting for problem to be fixed. I am usually happy with the service department but my most recent problem continues. I had a major problem with the engine in my F-150, a failure of I am usually happy with the service department but my most recent problem continues. I had a major problem with the engine in my F-150, a failure of a valve seat. After my truck being in the service department for 4 weeks it was returned to me only to go back to service after 2 days for another 5 days. I am very happy Palm Coast Ford stood behind their drive train warranty and a loaner vehicle, during the 5 day repairs, saving me lots of money but now I have an oil leak problem that I did not have prior to the repairs on my truck. Currently it is a wait and see problem as to where the leak is coming from as I leave oil spots everywhere I park. My past ratings for Palm Coast Ford has always been 5 stars, my 2 star rating is for my current problem that continues. More
