When I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming smile and This was our fourth vehicle purchase from Palm Coast Ford and they truly treat us as family. When I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming smile and handshake from Sean and Paul. I was introduced to my sales associate Peter who already had the Edge cleaned and up front for a test drive. Upon returning, I was given my trade value (which was right on the money) and completed the purchase. I could not possible give this place a higher recommendation. Thanks again everyone More

Was not able to duplicate the problem. Third time I have had the vehicle in for the same issue. The group is very friendly and has tried to duplicate the issue but to no avail. great service and follow up I had a problem with my windshield not sealed in and my vehicle was out of warranty. Robert went through the factory and got it covered for me. Ok service I was told when I arrived on time for my appointment that it may take 2 hours before they can look at my car.
