With a late vehicle emergency on a rainy Friday during rush hour, we were treated as though it was their vehicle problem. They went above and beyond to diagnose our problem, help with vehicle rental and rush the parts needed to complete the work to get us back in our vehicle as soon as possible. Jon text and called each step of the way and kept us up to date as if we were the only customer in their very busy Service Department. John L'Heureux also went above and beyond and was on top of everything that needed to be done, along with helping with the end result. Good service, long wait Called morning of to see if spot was available for oil change. They said yes so scheduled for 1:30pm. Oil change was great and they reviewed recommended service but this is second time I have made appt for oil change and been there almost 3 hours. More

Waiting for problem to be fixed. I am usually happy with the service department but my most recent problem continues. I had a major problem with the engine in my F-150, a failure of a valve seat. After my truck being in the service department for 4 weeks it was returned to me only to go back to service after 2 days for another 5 days. I am very happy Palm Coast Ford stood behind their drive train warranty and a loaner vehicle, during the 5 day repairs, saving me lots of money but now I have an oil leak problem that I did not have prior to the repairs on my truck. Currently it is a wait and see problem as to where the leak is coming from as I leave oil spots everywhere I park. My past ratings for Palm Coast Ford has always been 5 stars, my 2 star rating is for my current problem that continues. More
