Two reasons for service, oil change and safety recall. Though I had an appoinrment for the following day, the service people took care of my vehicle without complaint. I also asked the service rep. to check on a rattle in the drivers door when they would have the door panel removed for the safty recall. Recognized issue but never order parts When I spoke to service manager I explained the engine was having a leak. They checked it and acknowledged the issue. Servicing for airbag recall The parts were ordered previously to my service date. Once the parts arrived, I was able to schedule a service date within days of their arrival. When I arrived for my service, I was met immediately by a service attendant. My vehicle was taken, serviced and returned onetime, just like they said. Ford also provided me with shuttle service to my house and picked me up by shuttle and returned me to Ford service. The shuttle was very timely and the drivers were great. Thank you Ford Motor. More
