Great service department Brought my 2015 Ford Escape in for 30,000 mile service, new tires and brakes. Service advisor, Robert Eichinger, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Brought my 2015 Ford Escape in for 30,000 mile service, new tires and brakes. Service advisor, Robert Eichinger, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped select the right tires based on my driving habits and saved me money by suggesting we hold off on replacing the front brakes which were not needed at this time even though back brakes needed replacing. I would have done front and back without his feedback. Very honest and trustworthy. I was able to arrange the service appointment for the following day and it was completed in a timely manner. Palm Coast Ford is definitely my Ford service home. More
