We never felt pressured or uncomfortable, as I have at other car dealerships, and he worked hard to get my mom a car with the exact options and color she desired. I was very impressed with how attentive and patient Ben was with my mom, an elderly woman, especially while teaching her about all the newest technology in the car...something that even I have a hard time comprehending. The other staff that we encountered during the buying process were equally courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Palm Coast Ford in the future. More

You make an appointment and they don't ever start working on your car at that time, but when they feel like it. #2 other Ford dealers actually service your car by washing the outside and vacuum the inside. This Palm Coast Ford never does any of that, but will leave grease inside your vehicle. More
