Car service I went in for a new battery and they let my know I had multiple recalls on my car they would like to fix and they also found a leak in my water pump. I went in for a new battery and they let my know I had multiple recalls on my car they would like to fix and they also found a leak in my water pump. I’m glad I can drive my car and feel safe. I felt Bri was impatient and rude and didn’t care to work with me on keeping me updated on when my car would be ready to be picked up. More

Scheduled pre-paid warranty service Service person did not have courtesy to wait for authorization for recommended repairs from disabled owner whose caregiver brought car in. Pulled car Service person did not have courtesy to wait for authorization for recommended repairs from disabled owner whose caregiver brought car in. Pulled car out without installed wiper blades— necessitating lengthy wait or second trip. “Service engine light” indicator left unaddressed despite warranty covering engine service— Service rep claimed that engine could not be checked unless customer paid $110 for diagnostics. How you honor contractual service of my vehicle is YOUR PROBLEM. Failure to check and service engine is breach of contract. Sending a customer with a full and active warranty away with a “service engine light” still activated, is a disgrace! You should be ashamed! I’ve never filled out one of these because I was told if it wasn’t perfect it would hurt the dealership. Needless to say it was never perfect. I’m done with loyalty as a one-way street. More
