AC blowing hot air Went to dealer to have AC checked out just moved here from TN I figured like there Anytime I went to ford dealer it usually took at least a week just Went to dealer to have AC checked out just moved here from TN I figured like there Anytime I went to ford dealer it usually took at least a week just to get an ordered part another week to schedule and fix problem, NO NO NO not here problem diagnosed in about 10 minutes part ordered and this was late Friday afternoon about 4 pm, Dave told me he would have the part Monday and to bring the car back Monday around 4 and it would be finished Tuesday, everything i was told was done now driving with cold air in less than 3 working days. GREAT JOB GUYS !!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, It will be a joy returning for all maintenance I will probably bring my other car there for service and it’s a 2018 Jeep. More

Chris Dunn was amazing at getting me to consider saying yes. I was actually shopping on line. Terry called and told me that they had a 2018 RAV4. I agreed to come in.
