Poor service, lack of communication, untruths I went in about 1:00 pm last Thursday for an oil change, tire rotate, and brake parts replacement, which was strongly advised on a prior visit. I also I went in about 1:00 pm last Thursday for an oil change, tire rotate, and brake parts replacement, which was strongly advised on a prior visit. I also had a "service soon light" on. I was told it would be $100 to read the computer. When I squawked, I was told they were the cheapest in town. Needles to say, I declined. When I picked the truck I went to Autozone for a free read. Turned out to be an $8 PCP valve (which I changed myself). After not hearing anything, I called around 5 that day and was told "no word, yet". The next day, after not hearing anything, I called around noon, and was told the truck was ready, and oh, by the way my brakes were fine. That was a huge relief, but why was I told this before? I'm told "Oh, they no longer work here". Really? How surprising. I would have had other work done, had I known the brakes were a non-issue. But, no communication from the service adviser. I pick up the truck, drive to Autozone, and the first guy that sees the truck tells me my tire is low, and it looked low. Back to Ford and I'm told "no, I watched them check the tire pressure". I ask about the nitrogen replacement, and I'm told "no, you have 80-20 nitrogen". Really? And, how do you know that? Also, I'm told "besides that, your low pressure light would be on". I said "this is an 02 truck, it doesn't have that sensor". And, I'm snarkiley told "yes, it does"! I drive home and find 3 tires at about 20 psi, and one below 15 psi. Luckily, I have an air compressor. Called twice today to talk to the service manager, and was left on hold. The second gal I talked to was empathetic and didn't want to lose my business, but left me on hold until I finally hung up. And, I know she had my number because she pulled up my account. I also chatted with (whoever) on their website and asked that I be called by the service manager- no call back today. I was trying to give them a chance before I post this, but it appears they don't seem to care. This was a total failure on their part from the time I dropped the truck, until now. Oh, and my receipt shows no air pressure figures, so... hmm. Service adviser failed, mechanic failed (other than honestly saying my brakes were fine), and management failed. Notice all the F's? That's how I rate my experience. I always go to the dealer for work on my Lightning, I'll just have to drive a little farther now. More

Routine oil change I own a Toyota Camry and always go to Daytona Toyota. I was told about the sister dealership that is only a couple of miles from my house so I figured I own a Toyota Camry and always go to Daytona Toyota. I was told about the sister dealership that is only a couple of miles from my house so I figured I would try them. The first person I met was Jonathan and he was AWESOME! He was very helpful and funny. The work was done fast. I was disappointed that I was told my tires are in the yellow. I am checking with Daytona Toyota because I should have had plenty of miles left. Jonathan plays a very important role that I don't think he realizes. He is the first person to make contact with the customer. He did a very good job and no we are not friends or family! LOL! Hopefully this will not be my last visit.... More

Fast oil change and multi point inspection. I went in on Saturday Morning without an appointment and Service Advisor Jon Hart was able to get me in. An oil change, multi point inspection and cle I went in on Saturday Morning without an appointment and Service Advisor Jon Hart was able to get me in. An oil change, multi point inspection and cleaning the battery terminals was all done in a little over an hour. In times past, I tried using their online website, but the service department never seemed to get the information. So I just went in and was in and out as fast or faster than when I attempted to make an appointment.Great job by Jon and the service technician Dustin. More
