We turned in a lease early and was told that the lease would go away at no c We as seniors made the biggest mistake ever by trusting Palm Coast Ford. We turned in a lease early and was told that the lease would go away at no charge to us when we purchased a new vehicle and they charged us. Since we and our family have purchased several cars/trucks from PCF and was told we are like family we trusted them, but never again. Until we asked for a hard copy of the invoice (they only give you a disc now and for some reason when we signed, the printer was also down) did we find out the truth. When we brought it to the salesmen’s attention, he knew he did wrong, admitted it, was shaking and said he would make it right, but he didn’t. I even gave them excellent reviews prior to seeing the hard copy. My husband spoke to Paul Summa who brought over Don York, the General Manager. Mr. York told my husband “I will NOT be giving you any money back and then walked away, what a professional way to treat excellent customers! More
