Repair/Replace Flat Tire I drove into Dealership unscheduled with a very flat rear tire. Jon Hart welcomed me and said he would get me the service I needed. It ended up being I drove into Dealership unscheduled with a very flat rear tire. Jon Hart welcomed me and said he would get me the service I needed. It ended up being the flat tire was non repairable. Since It was time for me to get a tire rotation and alignment, Jon suggested two new tires mounted on the front and move the two on the front to the rear. There was sufficient tread depth that this made sense. I just wasn't quite ready to purchase 4 tires. After the repair, Brian, the mechanic, came over to tell me all that he had done and asked if I had any questions or changes.. It was great that he did that instead of just processing the paperwork. At the beginning, I was offered transportation home and back, but thought best I wait for the repair on site. I appreciate that Jon worked my car into their maintenance schedule and that I could observe (from a distance) all that was being done.
