Always professional and they never forget you, never. My wife and I drove into Palm Coast Ford one dayin 2006 with a Impalia and a Silverado. We left with a 2005 Escape and a 2006 Focus. Now, ten vehicles My wife and I drove into Palm Coast Ford one dayin 2006 with a Impalia and a Silverado. We left with a 2005 Escape and a 2006 Focus. Normally Great Service I took my F150 Platinum 4x4 Ecoboost in for an oil/filter change as well as a transmission flush and new fluid. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM and I took my F150 Platinum 4x4 Ecoboost in for an oil/filter change as well as a transmission flush and new fluid. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM and arrived a bit after 8:00 AM. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, so I decided to wait. Two hours or so later I saw my truck being taken in to start the service. Around Noon I inquired of my service rep (Tracy) about the status of my truck. She checked and said it would be another couple of hours, so I used their courtesy driver to take me home. A couple of hours later I got a call from Kevin (my go to guy) recommending the transmission filter be replaced and I agreed. He advised the work would be complete in another hour. A little after 4:00 PM Tracy called to tell me my truck was ready. So, I do not know what happened, but that 2-3 hours turned into 7 1/2-8 hours. I would like to stress that this has not been my normal experience when getting my truck serviced. It is usually in and out within the estimated time given. This is not a complaint. I feel I get very good and very well done professional service at Palm Coast Ford and I am very happy with them. More
