Needs some work Had an appt at 1000 and walked out at 1130 on a 20K service...The place was slammed four cars deep on both service lanes when I got there...In their d Had an appt at 1000 and walked out at 1130 on a 20K service...The place was slammed four cars deep on both service lanes when I got there...In their defense on timelines, the updates for wheel rotation and cabin filter extended the process even more (recommendation: take care of that business before I show up for my service)...bottom line: they need to tighten up their service game...I.e, “get me in and out!” I don’t want to sit in the service department waiting, like I don’t want to sit in the doctors office waiting...it’s not considerate of my time. Again, 1.5 hours for a 20K service, of which half was stated as not being required at this point...Hopefully this is seen as constructive criticism and not whining! Peace!!! More

Longer wait I went in for my oil change service like I had a few times before. My experiences had been no more than 1-1.5 hour... but this time I had to wait for I went in for my oil change service like I had a few times before. My experiences had been no more than 1-1.5 hour... but this time I had to wait for 2.5 hour before getting my car back. If I had known it would be this long I would not bring my car in.
