Had an emergency (overheating) and they fixed me up! My car overheated at lunch time on a Friday. I let it cool down, and drove into the dealership (about 2 miles from work) at around 3pm. They were very helpful, and drove me to a Hertz agency so I could get a rental for the weekend. I live about an hour away and had no other ride available. If you bought your car from the dealer, the rental process is much simpler - in fact I think they pay for it, not sure. Anyway, car was fixed and ready to go by noon on Monday. They even picked me up at Hertz and brought me back to the dealership. More

When I got home and looked over the paperwork, it showed tires were damaged. Recommended new tires and alignment. Felt I was rushed out. But I guess at least they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. More

Super place to do Business at! Since 2005 Palm Coast has been servicing my cars that I bought from them, all ten of them! New car sales, service, and every first Tuesday they host a Car meet! Friendly and professional you bet! Do they make a mistake? Not very often but they correct it very fast if they do. I think that happened twice in 13 years, very minor. And I am very appreciative that they welcome me there to just drink coffee and have a donut or two. Or maybe a hotdog, yep in the service department they have hotdogs around lunch time. Seriously though Palm Coast FORD treats you right. Rare today, bt not there. More
