The technician advised me of how long the wait would be (short) and delivered on the assurance so I was able to wait rather than having to make two trips to the dealer. One minor additional item that I was not initially aware of was identified and I was informed. Taking care of that item was also handled very quickly and at a quite reasonable price. More

Ford Has a better idea I went for routine oil & filter change, tire rotation, and 75,000 check-up. The oil was taken care of, and the tires were rotated. There would be a several-hour delay in getting the part. I decided to return two days later. The part was replaced & I was on my way. The communication between myself & service adviser Tom Hart was great. He is excellent at keeping the customer informed. He was as valuable as the mechanic. Thank you for the great service, even with a problem. More

I explained I wanted the fluid in my t Upon arrival to drop my Ford for transmission service, I was told about a $110 diagnostic fee; which I refused. I explained I wanted the fluid in my transmission changed and there is nothing else wrong at this time. The work was completed, $166. Upon pick up of my Ford, the Service writer polite, I got to my car to find the plastic seat cover scrunched up on the side of my seat, the floor cover pushed of to the side, the steering wheel cover on the passenger side floor. My radio was off, when I turned it on, the volume was up to about 8 (usually set at 4), driver seat was readjusted down and leaning back, rear view mirror was also adjusted. I just wish they would remember the cars they work on are not their's. Someone has already adjusted his/her preferences for his/her car. As far as the radio, this seems to be an ongoing problem that could be solve by having either music played in the service bays or allow the mechanics to play their own music. More

I brought my car in to be checked since we are going on a trip, however a few days before, I left a package of chicken legs in the car and they fell u I brought my car in to be checked since we are going on a trip, however a few days before, I left a package of chicken legs in the car and they fell underneath the seat causing a terrible smell. the odor got into the carpets so they put an ozone machine on it which took a couple of days. They did not give up until the problem was taken care of. Robert Eichinger also suggested I bring the car in again for a cleaning just to make sure. I have to say I am very satisfied with the service. More
