Not a good first experience I made an appointment for 11am for just an oil change. My truck wasn’t even pulled out of the service drive until almost 1130, and I didn’t receive it I made an appointment for 11am for just an oil change. My truck wasn’t even pulled out of the service drive until almost 1130, and I didn’t receive it back until after 1215. The technician didn’t fill out the vehicle health report, the advisor had to go back and have him do it. Not a huge issue a the truck only has 5000 miles on it. After getting home I noticed the tech never cleaned the underside, so there was oil residue on the pan, around the drain plug, and around the oil filter. so I cleaned up after him myself....something I shouldn’t have to do. I honestly don’t know if I will be returning for service. This was my first visit to the service department and not at all what I expected. More
