We were lucky enough to meet Mr. Preveler during our last visit to Palm Coast Ford. We have purchased 2 Vehicles through him and were extremely impressed with his proffesionalism and courtesy. It is rare the visit to Palm Coast Ford. We have purchased 2 Vehicles through him and were extremely impressed with his proffesionalism and courtesy. It is rare these days for anyone, especially a car salesman to remember details and names, and It was a pleasure again, to deal with Sean. For over a decade, when we lived in Deltona, we bought over 8 vehicles from Deland Ford before their buyout. We used to get treated like old friends. Then we moved to the lower side of Palm Coast over 5 years ago and started buying from the Auto Mall and were quite dissapointed with the old high pressure sales and lies, lies, lies!! So to say the least we dislike going to car lots and getting the run around and high pressure sales between salesmen and management alike, that's why I looked online to find the exact vehicles we were looking for. I searched all dealers within a 30 mile radius and found that Palm Coast Ford had exactly what we wanted!! I filled out the few online questions and was surprised the very next morning I recieved a phone call from Kerry who was very polite, helpfull, and NO BS or games!! I told her what I was looking for, told her my current payments, and payoffs, and where I needed to be! Not only did she get to work looking, but she found 2 vehicles that met our parameters. She sent me an email with the window stickers to see if they would meet our needs. Then she told me her GM wanted to talk to me, that's when I thought the games would start!!! I was pleasantly surprised to find Don was very personable and helpful. He assured me that he would not waste my time and could put us in the vehilces we wanted and even lower my payments!! My wife and I went to the dealership after work and within 2 hours walked out with 2 brand new escapes!!!! Don gave us very fair trade-in allowances, all rebates and credits possible, and YES got our payments LOWER!!. Not only was everyone helpful, but we were really treated like old friends and taken care of, right down to even Sean helping explain everything about our new sync and navigation systems to helping transfer all our stuff from old trucks to new!! We also ordered bug shields from parts, through Kerry,and tomorrow morning she is getting them put on for us! You just don't find that level of service anymore. I will definetly buy all our future vehicles from them including for our soon to be 16 year old!! More

My husband and I were looking to trade-in our trucks for something smaller and more economical like Escapes. He went on line late one night just to see what inventory our local dealers had. He found the exact Escapes we wanted, V6 and XLT or Limited. We had previously gotten screwed by Gary Yeoman's finance manager and were reluctant to try another dealer. We were meet by a very helpful, honest, and friendly staff. From the minute we walked in they treated us like family! They gave us a great deal on not just 1 truck but 2 awesome Escapes. they even got our payments to go down without having to fork over thousands!! We will definetly go back to Palm Coast Ford for all our vehicles and even ordered new bug shields from the parts dept!! If you truly wanted to get a great deal and be treated with respect, go to Palm Coast Ford!!! PS see Kerry or Sean they are a great team :) Leslie Flagler More

What a great experience it was dealing with Palm Coast Ford in the purchase of a 2011 Ford! Mr. Kenny Tuter, in the Internet Sales Department, was terrific, so helpful and explained everything so clearly, Ford in the purchase of a 2011 Ford! It was such a stress-free experience and such a smooth process of purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Paul Summa, in the finance department, was great as he clearly explained the terms and was so helpful. Kenny found the particular car I chose and had it transported to PC Ford, ready to go and filled with gas. Phone calls and contacts from Kenny and Paul were always prompt and friendly. I walked into Palm Coast Ford expecting the car of my dreams. When I went into Palm Coast Ford I didn't expect to receive the most profound treatent that I had received. I am a recent college graduate, a dreams. When I went into Palm Coast Ford I didn't expect to receive the most profound treatent that I had received. I am a recent college graduate, and my credit was not the best. I had a few repossessions from my college years that did not help my credit situation. I had great job, but my credit sucked. I talked with Paul who told me to come down and visit. When I arrvied at the car lot, I was very amazed at the service I received.
