Speed accuracy professional carring are some of the things I have liked in my dealings both service and car sales. Mr Moore went out of his way to explain all aspects of purchasing our car. Chris has been our salesperson for several years. He is very knowledgible about his product and the available stock and always picks out the car that exactly suits our needs. My husband and I were looking online, comparing different dealerships, for a new car. I left a message with the internet sales, with Palm Coast Ford. We were informed when we were ready, to come in and talk dealerships, for a new car. I left a message with the internet sales, with Palm Coast Ford. We were informed when we were ready, to come in and talk to Sean and/or Kenny. I called Sean, on 1/19/2011 and made an appointment. My husband and I went to Palm Coast Ford, with my mother-in-law, that afternoon. Sean was very friendly, informative, answered all our questions, and was never pushy or trying to sell us something we didn't want. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. We bought a 2011 Ford Focus and we are very happy with it. You need more people like Sean. We also liked the incentives and warranties that came with our car. Sean defintely kept our budget and what we wanted in mind and on paper. He absolutely treated my mother-in-law very well. Fantastic work to Sean and the Palm Coast Ford team. We will definitely shop there again. More

We purchased a used Ford Explorer today. Our salesperson, Sean Peveler, was very courteous and knowledgeable and helped us with our purchase in every way. He has a partner who works in the same salesperson, Sean Peveler, was very courteous and knowledgeable and helped us with our purchase in every way. He has a partner who works in the same room with him who was also informative about our purchase. Sean did not pressure us at all and was willing to work with us about the price. We needed a radiator flush, detailing of the car, and making an extra key. Sean was on top of this and concerned with how long we had to wait. He made a point to check on us periodically to see if we were ok. My wife and I would highly recommend this dealership, and we will because we have a couple of friends who are coming back to the states from Hawaii and are looking for a car. More

I was very pleased with my purchase experience with Palm Coast Ford. Our Sales Representative, Chris Smith, assisted us with just the right amount involvement and information.
