( They take forever) If you have one little thing wrong with your car you have to go thru a whole process and it takes them like 2 to 3 hrs to find out what's wrong with i If you have one little thing wrong with your car you have to go thru a whole process and it takes them like 2 to 3 hrs to find out what's wrong with it...A regular mechanic ( like the one I normally go to) takes about a half hour or less..And now that I don't have a warranty on it anymore I have to pay 130 dollars just for them to find out what's wrong with it... ( Not much loyalty on their part). Think the next time I buy a car I'll think of going elsewhere. More

Did not receive call back for service so I went on line I called 3 times, was never connected to a service adviser, and was forced to leave voice mails each time. None of which was responded to. I ended u I called 3 times, was never connected to a service adviser, and was forced to leave voice mails each time. None of which was responded to. I ended up making a service appt. on line for an oil change. I arrived a few minutes early. My acknowledgement directed me to Andrew Sloan (who I would recommend highly). He was very pleasant, had my information and apologized for my experience. Even though I had an appointment, my car sat in the service drive well over 1 hour before they took it. Andrew did keep me updated on the progress or lack of, and did again apologize and he did seem sincere. The customer waiting area was very comfortable and the sales people I spoke with, during my wait, were very pleasant. I've had a weekend home in this area, and will be moving here full time in the next year. This KIA dealership should be my new dealership for new purchases and service. If I have the same experience on my next visit, Palm Springs KIA will "not" be that Dealership. More
