My sales woman Anna was great. Very friendly and professional. The purchase aspect of dealing with the Kia folks was great. But now that I think about it, it makes sense. However, the rest has been, pretty much crap. I purchased a "certified per-owned vehicle". Approximately 6 days after purchase, the breaks stated squeeling. I took it in and they said its a warning indicator that I need to change the breaks soon. I told them, I purchased the car less than a week ago, and it's supposed to be a certified preowned vehicle. Silly me for thinking breaks would be covered in the certification process. I told the service guy , I don't think I should have to pay for breaks on a vehiclei purchased less than a week ago. He said he would talk to his boss and see what he could do. Aparently his boss didn't think the same as me. The best they were willing to do is give me a discount on a complete break package. So I ended up having to pay $250 for the break job. Here I am again 4 months later with blown head gaskets. I thought omg! Can this get worse? Of course. It's not covered by the warranty. They told me, because my fan stopped working it caused the engine to overheat and that's how my head gaskets got blown. I now end up paying $2900.00 for repairs that took them 2.5 weeks to fix. Btw, they were so nice to give me a rental for 8 of the 17 days, they had my car. They initially gave it to me for 3 days but paid for the extra day I kept the car. Then they said it was going to take longer. So after taking the bus for a few days, they said I could come pick up another rental. This time they said I could keep it for four days. I thought finally, I'll get my car back. Nope. I had to return the rental and my vehicle still was not ready. Two days later I finally got my car back. Two days after that, the check engine light came on. And that's where I am now. I'm deffinately not taking it back to Kia to fix, warranty or not. I'm just gonna end up paying for it anyways. If you think you're special and it won't happen to you. Go ahead, but, you should learn from my mistakes. After talking to a few people, I find they are known for bad business practices. I guess that's what I get for buying a used Chrysler at a Kia dealership. More

Went in for service on my 2010 forte ex was talked into upgrading, big mistake, was told the 2013 forte was the exact same as mine so I did not test drive it . I asked again are you sure it is the same, y upgrading, big mistake, was told the 2013 forte was the exact same as mine so I did not test drive it . I asked again are you sure it is the same, yes exactly. When I drove it off the lot I could see there was a problem, then I noticed more problems, so I took it back and said all I want is my old car back, was told you drove it off the lot you bought it. Salesman called me that evening and had the nerve to tell me I had better give him a 10 on the servay (really) he also did not know the difference between an ex and an lx. I am so disapointed in this dealership for the lack of help and sweep me under the rug attitude. This is the fourth car I have bought from this dealership and believe me it will be my last. Did a lot of internet shopping for our new 2013 Kia Optima EX, and PS Kia gave me a good price without a lot of games and BS, compared to other dealers. Also, I was using my VA auto grant for my down Optima EX, and PS Kia gave me a good price without a lot of games and BS, compared to other dealers. Also, I was using my VA auto grant for my down payment and they were more than willing to work with me on this, where just about every other dealer wanted to charge me full MSRP if they had to process the VA paperwork!!!! What really set this dealership apart was their respect for me the customer, with open and above-the-board discussion and full disclosure. I have had so many bad experiences with other dealers in the past. Suffice to say that we drove away in our beautiful new Optima feeling that we hadn't just spent two hours in shark-infested waters! To top it off, we did not realize that KIA only equips these cars with a can of fix-a-flat. Being a disabled vet, this was going to be problematic for me and when we bought this to the attention of their General Manager, he stepped up and provided us with a "donut" spare, tire jack and lug wrench AT NO CHARGE. These guys really take customer service seriously!! OK, maybe I could have wheeled and dealed and shaved another hundred or so off the price, but we ended up paying 8% over invoice, after all these guys need to make a few bucks. Highly recommend Palm Springs Kia to anyone looking for a good deal and great service. By the way, the new Kia Optima is a FANTASTIC car, looks and runs like a $50K car. More

He directed me to the on line app.site and helped me through process ,Chuck took my phone number and informed me of the routine and ensured me he would get right back with me soon. With in 40 min Chuck called to tell us to come on in .Chuck was there to greet us by name he is very professional with a great hand shake.He had us fill out some paper work an walk us through it all.He told us about KIA and what they stand for in customer satisfactions.We looked at the 2013 KIA Soul Chuck know all info about this car from front to back it was amazing,we went for a test drive and chuck explained the basic features to my husband ,he had the answers to any question we asked.We were sold,the staff at KIA were so great they stayed late to make sure every thing went smooth.My husband and I love your new soul,and Mr.Torres made our experience a pleasurable one. She was able to direct us into a car that we could handle.Lisa did not give us any false hope or promises.We had a very positive outcome from her willingness to listen and help us. Buying a car is right up there with root canals and funerals. I just dont like them. Going into this experience I walked in with a chip on my shoulder. From the moment I stepped foot onto the dealership it was a great experience. Our car salesperson was Marcelo Jr. If you are thinking about a KIA, CALL AHEAD TO MAKE SURE HE IS WORKING! His customer service and attention to detail was far more than I expected. It was superbowl Sunday and 30 minutes before closing time. We never felt rushed. He took his time. When it was time to sign the paper work (always a thrill) we dealt with Marcelo Pacibe. I know our situation wasnt the best. We had a lousy trade-in. so-so credit and little down. We never felt like he was doing us a favor. His customer service was superior. He was friendly and courteous.I love my Kia Forte! The other car dealerships should take a few pointers from these gentleman. Not only did I get a great car, but I had a great experience. I told a friend about my experience and he bought a bronze Kia Optima! Thanks once again gentleman. More
