We are visiting Palm Desert for the winter from the SF Bay area. Our 2002 F350 Ford had a new transmission installed shortly before we left home. We detected a strange vibration noise on our drive here and it was getting worse so we brought it in to the Ford dealer service dept. Nanfer Garcia was very helpful, the mechanic quickly found the (minor) problem and new part was installed early the next morning! Prompt, attentive, professional service! Thanks! More

I had an issue with a power plug and the service manager explained the problem and how I could replace the part rather than put in the shop. Saved me money and time and saved a space in their shop for more serious work. My father was a Ford technician and was the shop foreman at our Ford dealership when I was growing up so I appreciated that manner in which this was handled. More
Horrible treatment. I will never go back and I used to love it there. The wait was terrible. John argued with me about serving people arriving after me, first. It took them three hours before I was told they broke a strut on my tire and ruined a cylinder. Was given a loaner car to use but my van wouldn’t be ready for 3 days. Called the following Monday and my call was routed all over the Valley 3x stating they didn’t have my van.. finally found out it was ready.. Lastly, Rey Ramiro forgot the discount we discussed as I brought in a coupon from a mailer I received. No reminder sticker and greasy finger prints in the van driver door. Received a small apology from a mechanic but nothing from Rey or any manager. More
