He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and he was very honest and open about everything. The buying process was very and we never felt like he was trying to get by on us. What can I say, carmax is always great searched online found the car I liked and they shipped it to norco quickly. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

Do not go here to get your car, Service. It’s taking him almost 3 weeks to change the battery. Yes, you read it correctly to change a battery. Literally two bolts in yourself a favor don’t even buy from here. Go to any other dealership that will treat you right I can’t even get this dealership to call me and they’ve had my car for almost 2 weeks now.

I purchased my first Ford. - MYDOGMAK

I purchased my first Ford. It is a very nice Ranger Raptor, however my experience with the dealership has been terrible. My new Raptor has a tear in the seat and paint chip on the door that i noticed on the showroom floor. The dealer said they would fix the issues, but are unwilling to allow my local dealership to deal with this. They expect for me to drive an hour each way 2 more times for the repairs. They do not care about the customers time or inconvenience. I had a Ford customer service rep on the line listening while the general sales manager Rodrigo was rude to me. He and told me to drive the new truck back to the dealership and they will break the contract and give me a check "since I dont like how the do things". This is my first and most likely last Ford vehicle purchase. The manager Rigo has still not sent payment for the seat repairs even after i took down a negative review that he asked me to take down. Horrible customer experience.
