We have had to bring our Ford Fusion Energi in for several problems, and Danielle has been Outstanding every time. If you have an award for Employee of the month, or year, Danielle should win this hands down. However the company you use to wash cars is absolutely horrible! They do not know how to wash windows or remove bugs and debris from the vehicles. I have kept silent on this for a long time, but something must be said about the poor quality of this company. Thank you Danielle for taking such good care of us!!!! More

Reasonable service for most requested items Prior to my drive across the country to return home this week, I brought my Lincoln MKZ Hybrid in for a multi-point check-up, oil change and to deal w Prior to my drive across the country to return home this week, I brought my Lincoln MKZ Hybrid in for a multi-point check-up, oil change and to deal with the problem associated with an unusual dashboard warning light. The basic service was provided while I waited in a very reasonable time period. However, after leaving, I found that, apparently, nothing was done about the dashboard warning light. Will take automobile into Lincoln dealer in hometown when I get home. This is the first time I've not had 100% positive service at Palm Springs Motors. More

Those darn nails Went to P.S Motors on a Saturday because my left tire was losing air. I went to the facility across the street from the main shop. I was greeted and m Went to P.S Motors on a Saturday because my left tire was losing air. I went to the facility across the street from the main shop. I was greeted and my 'problem' was discussed. Within minutes, the car was on the rack. A small nail had worked it's way in the tire, but it was located in an area of the tire that made it safe to patch. The patch was installed and checked for leaks. I was at the repair shop for less than one hour and the job was done for FREE. Have not had another problem with the tire.. Friendly , courteous and professional. More

warranty repair on sunroof & other misc. The warranty repair on the sunroof track was excellent. We were provided a loaner MKX which was fantastic. There was a "wind" leak on the passenger door that I asked to have repaired. The recommended solution was new weather stripping, which was about $350.00. We ok'd that, however, it did not solve the "wind" leak...we looked at the door a few days later to discover the door was out of alignment. I called Ignacio and he said to bring it back and he would have his body guy look at it to see if it can be adjusted. We just have not had a chance to do that yet, but it's on record, so I don't think it will be a problem. More
