They left me stranded My truck was rear ended on I-10 and my inertia fuel cutoff was activated, causing my 1999 Ford F350 to shut down. I managed to get it started , but it ran horribly and finally quit. I called Palm Springs Motors and asked them if they could help. I had an insurance claim number, they towed me in, and I was led to believe they could work on it right away (Thursday). I called back the next day for status. The body shop directed me to the service department. Nothing had been done, but they committed to work on it on Monday or Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and they said the shop foreman elected not to work on the vehicle because it was a 1999 model. They also told me the insurance company had not yet committed to pay, and I told them that I would pay. They said "sorry, not interested". I escalated to Jeff, the director of service, and he shamefully said that it was the shop foreman's call. So here I was, I am disabled, they had my truck for over a week, and then they blew me off, after originally committing to repair my vehicle. I called a mobile diesel mechanic who got it going in less than 1 hour. While there, I saw several trucks that were identical to my vintage being worked on. This company need to be reported to FOMOCO. I have never been treated so shabbily by a dealer in my life. Oh, and by the way, the customer service interaction was decent, but the management decision was final. Thanks for nothing Palm Springs Ford. More

Lousy communications and service leased new suv. Had minor problem took car in twice.On 2nd.time service dept had car for over 4 weeks! and with very little communcations or updates.H leased new suv. If the front of the house functions like the back of the house, I will buy my next ford at Palm Springs Ford. More
Recall Notice I received several recall notices from Ford regarding my Ranger. In Los Angeles, the wait list was outrageous. In Palm Springs, Ford arranged for me I received several recall notices from Ford regarding my Ranger. In Los Angeles, the wait list was outrageous. In Palm Springs, Ford arranged for me to drop off my Ranger and get a rental and they were ready for me when I walked in, kept me informed on the progress of the recall repair and recommended some additional repairs. Bryan the service manager and Ignacio were fantastic, I felt like they actually cared about my happiness and that they enjoyed their jobs and helping me solve my problem. They then delivered the truck back to my house and picked up the rental. I am thinking of buying another vehicle and will be going to Palm Springs Motors to do it. They deserve to be rewarded for their excellence. More
