Service repair Accusations. This morning I brought my 2014 Ford Focus that was just purchased used in May, for the front air dam hanging under front axle. Immediately I was told I hit something and this was not a defective part. I explained to them how all the holes were intact and the clips and bolts were all missing 5 in total, of course they started pointing out scrapes and scratches that were obvious to everyday driving, mind you I bought this car used from here and I was probably a dealer loaner. So now it's 2:00 and my car is still I sitting in service driveway and everyone in service hsad continued to ignore me and my issue. Great job PSFord service manager Brain another dissatisfied customer you have gained your record is outstanding in the complaint department. More

We have tried to patient, but our patience and loyalty to Ford is waning! Thank goodness for Palm Springs motors and Danielle Brian, or we would be litigating this problem, instead of singing praises for the best employee a business could want or have! Danielle has been super sensitive to our problem, and because of her we are going to give our focus another chance. Again this review does not reflect the excellent employees at Palm Spring Motors, just the incompetence of Ford the corporation for having the audacity to produce many Lemons in the Focus itself. Thank you Danielle and the excellent technicians that have worked on our Lemon, (Focus), We appreciate you. More

This is my last Ford product EVER! I leased my 2014 Focus at Fiesta Ford in Indio, not knowing at the time that they were owned by the same people as Palm Springs Motors. I previously I leased my 2014 Focus at Fiesta Ford in Indio, not knowing at the time that they were owned by the same people as Palm Springs Motors. I previously had problems with PS Motors and certainly did not want to do business with them. Had I known I would have bought another make of car. There are lots of problems with the car which have not been addressed but the two things that bug me the most is the rear window in the hatch which looks like it was put in a waffle iron. There is a distinct pattern in the glass that is extremely distracting. All they will tell me is that since some other cars have the same problem that makes it normal! So why do we ever have recalls if that is the case? No answer to that question. The other thing that is bad is the sync system. I'll be driving along and my phone disconnects and I have to re-connect manually. Also the music source switches itself. and then I have to manually switch it back to whatever I was listening to. For these problems the response is that a/ it's my phone, and b/ the sync system is fine and there are no problems with it. Yet, I received a letter from Ford months ago that there were so many problems with the sync system that Ford was extending the warranty to five years and that they were dumping Microsoft for that reason. Extending the warranty won't do any good though if they refuse to acknowledge any problems and blame the customer. I spoke to customer disservice at Ford headquarters and they were just as bad. Ford simply refuses to acknowledge that their cars are not perfect and the customer is never right. I wrote a letter to the president/CEO of Ford weeks ago and he won't even respond. Here I sit with a car that is far from perfect and they think it's my fault. What is my fault is choosing Ford. I have bought and leased many cars in my long life but I've never been treated so badly and so rudely both by the manufacturer and the dealer. I will repeat once more this is my last Ford product. More

My insurance company took it to I10 collision and they said nothing was wrong with it there are no lights indicating a problem the engine was running fine but i knew it had problems so they took it to palm spings motors autobody. Ivan was taking care of it he kept me in the loop during the whole process and inspect the car had all the issues pointed out and imposed the repairs needed. He and Jane are very courteous and professional and took care of their customers' need. I had a great experience working with them. These people go the extra mile to deliver satisfaction my car was washed and polished it went in dirty and not functional and came out looking like brand new. I would recommend everyone to use their services... More

They all went out of their way to facilitate the work on my 2009 Ford F150 SuperCrew 4x4. They kept me well informed of the status of my truck and went the extra mile in ensuring that all of my concerns were handled in a timely and professional manner. There were delays, but only because of shipping parts. I wanted my truck as soon as possible, and they delivered. I would recommend Palm Springs Motors to anyone, and especially the Body Shop. More

Not only was my car done but I was given a clean, washed, and armor tires cleaned, and inside as clean as the outside. Jerry Soto was friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Also I want to commend two of your tire & auto center, Quick Lane, employees; Tony Hubbert and John Fitzgerald. My husband I bring our cars to have our cars lubed and tires rotated, etc. and talk about friendly,trustworthy, and efficient employees! We have lived in the desert a long time and we have been to many auto centers because of these two fellows we continue to bring our cars to Cathedral City and we live in Indio.
