The driver seat on my new Corsair is falling apart. Dropped it off for a few days and was given a loaner car. Three days later I called to see if was ready for pickup and was told to bring the loaner b Dropped it off for a few days and was given a loaner car. Three days later I called to see if was ready for pickup and was told to bring the loaner back and pick up my car, which needed parts ordered and had not come in. That was about a month ago and have never heard a word back from the service dept. Seems like a long time to wait for parts. In the meantime, the car feels like it isn't getting gas until it gets up to 30 mph. I guess they will deal with that when I take it back for the seat problem. More

I have been a extremely dedicated customer of this dealership since 2004 and I am so dissatisfied with the service I received that I will never go back to even buy a set of windshield wiper blades! I won ever boring anymore of my friends or family back either, which I have done over the last 10 years. My truck sat there for one week and the service advisor didn't even call me to update me, I had. to call him after 3 days, the service department has gone to crap! they didn't even get to my truck in a reasonable time to let me know what's going on then the part that I requested, and gave them the part number (which was on hold in the parts department under my name) they didn't install that one they installed something else and wanted to charge me for it and the labor. I paid the labor and they ate the part but I messed up and should have not paid anything! I am so upset I let them all know and the acted like they didn't care so neither do I. I will be writing a letter to the ford corporate offices this week about this dealership. KEVIN More

Palm springs ford tried charging me $1400 for four brand new tires and an alignment. I have no type of tire wear and plus, I only have 20,000 miles. I feel completely disrespected.
