I honestly cannot say enough great things about Shaun Hapner (Service Manager), Alex Buelna (Service Adviser) and Alan Baer (Master Tec are AWESOME!! I honestly cannot say enough great things about Shaun Hapner (Service Manager), Alex Buelna (Service Adviser) and Alan Baer (Master Technician). I brought our Nissan Kicks in for some issues that needed to be addressed. Alex checked me in and was extremely kind and helpful. Shaun took the time to listen to my concerns about our vehicle and made it a point to update me with phone calls while waiting for the parts to arrive. Alan went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved before releasing the vehicle back to us. These guys treated us like family and work hard to take care of their customers. Thank you!!!
