I never had to wait a long time for a maintenance check up. If I came in for a problem with my car and it would take a while to be fixed, Edgar would come in and update me as often as needed. When it comes to going over the paperwork Edgar always goes through it with me completely and if I don't understand something he always explains it to me so I can understand better. Lousy experience I've bought two trucks from this dealership. The part I needed was a little over $100. They said it wasn't covered under warranty because the part had I've bought two trucks from this dealership. The part I needed was a little over $100. They said it wasn't covered under warranty because the part had been tampered with. We went round and round for over an hour with me explaining it had not and that the truck was special ordered and driven in from another state., what happened between there and here I have no control over. It finally came down to me asking "are you willing to lose a repeat customer over a $100 part"? They still argued it. By and large this is a great dealership but seriously, this issue should not have been an issue at all. It wasted two hours of my time for a part that takes 10 minutes to replace. I finally got my part at no charge. More
