The service manager greeted me as I waited to speak with Justin, my service rep. Justin P. is always on point, friendly and efficient. This is the second Altima SL that I've purchased. I also referred my sister to this dealership, where she also bought an Altima, after hearing me rave about the reliability of this car. I drove my 2005 Altima for 7 years without any problems and that led me to buy another! Palm Springs Nissan is terrific and aims to please with great customer service. A young man, Mark, walked up to me and we began chatting generally eventually revealing that he was on Summer break from UC Berkley. He suggested that I just look at the numbers to see what kind of deal they could make. Seth made a great deal with good trade in terms and at 0.9 percent despite my less that perfect credit score. I drove off with a beautiful new car and a tinge of nostalgia for my old one. More
