Unorganized There was a lot of running back and forth. All the tools they needed were there, but it was so spread out. He said he was unable to communicate with my cars computer (I was having trouble with the “check engine light “ ) and said I needed to go to a dealership. At Palmen, they told me they were able to communicate with the cars computer with no problem, and nothing was wrong. I have yet to talk with my regular mechanic to find out if that’s true. Palmen’s representatives were very courteous however. More

My husband asked why is it under her name & not ours, he was told him that he had no idea, must have been a mix up in the "back". When we were checking in, another vehicle was brought in for a new sale, it appeared to us the new sale took was more important than checking us in for our scheduled appointment. The sevice is not friendly, nor do we feel welcomed when we arrive. The check in process is slow & our perception is we are a bother. More
