A really easy going dealership to work with as most of my deal was done through the phone and they not only met my demands they exceeded it. Had my car detailed and ready earlier than expected and took no lo deal was done through the phone and they not only met my demands they exceeded it. Had my car detailed and ready earlier than expected and took no longer than an hour for all the paperwork. As for the staff, they are all very friendly and are not your typical "pushy" salesmen. As I was a student, they helped me every step of the way during my first purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and would make drive to wisconsin again from Chicago! Hope this helped!! Jim was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with. If it was not for his willingness to explain every detail of the sale to me so that I could make an informed purchase on my new car, I would ha with. If it was not for his willingness to explain every detail of the sale to me so that I could make an informed purchase on my new car, I would have never bought my new Avenger. Once the sale was made that was not where our communications have ended. He continues to send me informative emails and a kind phone call every now and then. Jim was never pushy or overwhelming, but rather, very genuine and sincere. He really does want to know if I am enjoying my purchase and cares greatly for me as a customer.
