Went in for new brakes, had to go back THREE TIMES and they’re STILL NOT right!!!!!!!!!!!!! $1200 & my brakes are messed up! I’m beyond livid. Service tech did horrible, pulled car off the lot after first they’re STILL NOT right!!!!!!!!!!!!! $1200 & my brakes are messed up! I’m beyond livid. Service tech did horrible, pulled car off the lot after first appt and car made LOUD clunking sound. Had to go back, they looked it over and forgot to tighten my caliper. One day later, it’s making noise again, go back, they claim nothing is wrong. Go home, hear noise again, this time I got the noise on video, and am bringing it back tomorrow. I’m beyond LIVID! Tim is great, technicians/mechanics don’t know what they’re doing, or just don’t care. This is my second bad experience AFTER spending A LOT of money. More

The service was hmm ok I mean they finished it but what was supposed to be 2 hours of putting on tires balance and an alignment it took 4 hours for it.
