Lackluster Meh... the car is fixed which i guess was the whole point, but every other place I’ve had the jeeps I’ve owned have at least topped off fluids like wi Meh... the car is fixed which i guess was the whole point, but every other place I’ve had the jeeps I’ve owned have at least topped off fluids like windshield washer fluid. I realize the weather wasn’t great, but every other dealership I’ve worked with had at least washed the car. I know the weather wasn’t the best, but come on, do you sell a new car without washing it, and tell the customer it was simply because it had snowed the day before? Also I’m guessing the free inspection wasn’t done, because nobody asked me where the socket to get the custom wheels off was. Additionally I know the brakes need to be done, so I know nobody even took a look. Super disappointed. Also when I showed up for my appointment, the service writer told me that I was in the wrong line and I had to wait to see a different service writer. That was quite weird, what if I didn’t make the appointment with you, I can’t check in with you? For spending nearly $40k on a Jeep I expected the service to be much better. If I wanted crummy service I would have bought a crappy Kia. More
Put defective parts on truck So I called because I had brake issues. I was told to bring my jeep liberty in for a brake check and was given the price of 42 dollars. When I pointed out that wasnt the price I was given they remembered they talk to me on the phone and changed the price. They then charged me for so called "dealer parts that lasted no more then 3 days before my truck began shacking violently. When I called the dealer to report the issue he told me he couldnt get me in for 2 days. I had to argue with "Wolly" about how it would be unsafe to drive my vehicle in this condition for 2 days. He then put me on hold came back on the line with a attitude an ask me when I could bring my vehicle in. I told him I could same day. After dropping it off he called me a few hours later to tell me the new rotors had any where from 8 to 10 cracks in each of them. He tried to make me feel better by saying that in his 25 to 30 yrs in the industry he had never seen that. I think the bad parts are unacceptable. I drove around with my children on my vehicle like this. With bad installed parts. I am extremely disappointed in the danger I was put in due to cheap or bad parts especially whenn i spent over $1,000 dollars on the repair and had to return a second time to get the job done right. More

Great Service but Need to Think More About Customer I needed some power steering lines replaced under warranty. Patti took my Jeep in on a Friday and called as soon as they ID'd what needed to be done. I needed some power steering lines replaced under warranty. Patti took my Jeep in on a Friday and called as soon as they ID'd what needed to be done. She said they'd have the parts Saturday morning and it would be done that day. So on Saturday I waited and waited for a call to update me. I called around 2pm and was told it would be done and I'd get a call to pick up. The shop closes at 6 and isn't open Sunday so at 5:30 I called. It was going to be done but now it was too late to pick up! We'll, a little forethought would have led to someone calling me earlier to be there when it was done. Unacceptable as I was told it would be done and available today. Tim, who I was talking to, said he'd keep the shop open until I arrived. I don't want to keep anyone late nor do I expect special treatment. I do expect to get the service I was told I'd get and for people to think ahead. This all could have been avoided with that little bit of forethought. However, I do love the service at Palmen and would reco them to anyone. It all worked out in the end. More
