Indifferent to my being there Service (recall items) seems to have been completed and on time. But when I showed up to drop my vehicle off, it seemed like I was creating a problem Service (recall items) seems to have been completed and on time. But when I showed up to drop my vehicle off, it seemed like I was creating a problem by dropping it off over the lunch hour instead of in the evening. I mentioned that I happened to be in the area, it was more convenient for me to drop it off then, no response from the lady checking me in. And when I looked up the phone number, I called the "service" number. Was then asked to press "0" for sales "1" for service etc. I called the service number on the website, why not right into service? Not a big deal, so I pressed the number for service. I then went to the main switch board, not service. Receptionist asked me who I was trying to reach, told her service and I was finally connected to service. Was it a big deal? No. But was it efficient and did it make any sense? Nope. More
