Oil change and More I was recently in for an oil change. I waited for my vehicle while the oil change was being completed. There were snacks, bottles of water, and coffee I was recently in for an oil change. I waited for my vehicle while the oil change was being completed. There were snacks, bottles of water, and coffee for patrons. We could watch one of several TVs, read a magazine, or charge our phones. My service was completed quickly and they gave my car a wash. Additional service will be performed soon due to a noise they heard while driving my car. I always get fast and fair service at this dealership. Patty is always helpful! More

Way to time consuming!! Having to have a drop off appointment is very inconvenient. Then I arrive to service center for my 5:00 appt to just drop my car off and 3 people are Having to have a drop off appointment is very inconvenient. Then I arrive to service center for my 5:00 appt to just drop my car off and 3 people are at different desks. I walk up and was greeted immediately. I told the man that I was dropping off and he asked my name. I wasn’t on his schedule. He asked if it was under a different name. I replied no. I said I had scheduled with Wally. He preceded to tell me that I needed to wait for Wally to check in for my appt that he had it. Then they continued to just chat away while I had to wait for Wally. Wally came back and then I was able to check in with him. Way to time consuming to have an appt to check in! And everyone should be able to check me in. More
