Oil change took roughly 45 minutes, which wasn't a big deal. But last time I came in to have my tires rotated, I had the technician air down my 37" tires from 37 psi to 31 psi because of the uneven tread deal. But last time I came in to have my tires rotated, I had the technician air down my 37" tires from 37 psi to 31 psi because of the uneven tread ware. When I was driving home from the oil change, I realized they air them all back up to 37 psi. It would be awesome to be asked about things like this instead of just going ahead and changing my vehicle when I came in for an oil change and nothing else. More

The service I had done was fine no problems. I need information on updating my navigation they didn’t seem to have much information. I called customer care they were helpful but said I needed a system information on updating my navigation they didn’t seem to have much information. I called customer care they were helpful but said I needed a system update that should of been done in October 2019. before I could update my navigation system They were surprised it had not been done. I called the service department left a message to call me haven’t got a call back. More

Curious as to why you have a sign posted on every door requiring masks, yet every single employee inside is maskless? I'm all for masks but how rude to make your customers wear one when none of your emplo requiring masks, yet every single employee inside is maskless? I'm all for masks but how rude to make your customers wear one when none of your employees do. Also, when spending nearly $1000 for services choosing to be done with you guys since we purchased our vehicle with you, the least you can do is a complimentary car wash (since we were told that was standard) . Majority of the staff are rude. Won't be back again More
