I had oil change and recall on fuel pump relay. They did the oil change and had to order the relay which is two months out. Gave my vehicle a quick wash. Service was good overall however i had to keep my truck there one more day because they did not insulate the front doors properly. This led me to keep their rental truck an extra day. Yes i hit the mirror however if the work was done properly on that Friday I would not have had their truck on Saturday thus never breaking their mirror. More

My Wrangler had the check engine light on and I scheduled an appt within the week. The only day open was Fri morning and I always schedule my appointments with service advisor Patti Ostergaard when available an appt within the week.
