My visit at Palmen in Racine was great. I normally go to Palmen in Kenosha but my last visit there was on a scale from 1 to ten and 1 being the worst then it was a 1. Didn’t know Palmen was here in Ra to Palmen in Kenosha but my last visit there was on a scale from 1 to ten and 1 being the worst then it was a 1. I went in for 2 reasons. 1 for a recall on a oil consumption test (absolute disaster) and the other was to check why my brakes were squeaking (4 times I've taken it in since buying the vehicle 12 mo consumption test (absolute disaster) and the other was to check why my brakes were squeaking (4 times I've taken it in since buying the vehicle 12 months ago). The service department "fixed" the brake issue, yet come the next morning, brakes still squealed. I NEED a resoulion on this. There is absolutely no reason you cannot fix this issue the first time, let alone the fourth time. The oil consumption test was a complete joke. I had to pay for an oil change (even though it was not required on the vehicle at the time), just for us to possibly bring the vehicle in later for us to again pay for more eoil because the vehicle is possibly consuming too much oil. If a recall is issued for a vehicle, the company selling the vehicle should be 100% responsible for the cost of fixing said recall. I am extremely disappointed in Palmen and FCA for not fixing these issues when they arose. More
