Took over a month to get notified my parts where in. No phone calls nothing. Finally get one of the nasty orange post cards saying if I don’t call you will return my parts. Every step of the process I felt phone calls nothing. Finally get one of the nasty orange post cards saying if I don’t call you will return my parts. Every step of the process I felt like I was a major inconvenience and burden on the customer support staff. Asking to even have my oil checked seemed like a hastle. I honestly don’t think I will return after this experience. More

Explained very clearly what was done for the van for the repair that was needed. Very attentive and courteous to customer . Did check to make sure what customer pointed out about passenger back door was op repair that was needed. Very attentive and courteous to customer . Did check to make sure what customer pointed out about passenger back door was opening up after it was closed was also happening to other van of same model. Turn out it was and repair was done. Great on following through. Still waiting for a part to come in so can't rate whole service yet. Routine Oil change is fine. More

Had an oil change and tire rotation. Tires low on air once I got it back. Tire pressure light even on. Dealership couldn’t even fill them because of tire change front and back need to be different.
