Wish I could give 0 stars! My car never got serviced! I had a 9:30 appointment.and got suspicious when I hadn’t heard from anyone by 5:00. Tried to call and kept getting put My car never got serviced! I had a 9:30 appointment.and got suspicious when I hadn’t heard from anyone by 5:00. Tried to call and kept getting put on hold for long periods of time. I went to the dealership to see what was going on and found out my car had not been touch ALL DAY! They asked if I could leave it overnight. I live out of town and had made special arrangements for that day only. Clearly they overbook their service appointments because the year before I left it for 2 days and they “didnt get to” everything I asked them to do. If you have a doctor's appointment at a certain time, you don’t wait to be seen all day and then get asked to come back the next day because they didn’t get to you. That’s poor business, people!! Do better! I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership (previously when it was Palmer’s) but I will not be buying anything from Hyundai of Mobile! I also will not be taking my current vehicle back for any kind of service with them. I’m done… More
