I purchased my Nissan Maxima in 2005 and dealt with Chris Assmar, who was extremely helpful in the purchase of my new car. Eight months after the purchase of my car, I was in an unfortunate accident and my Assmar, who was extremely helpful in the purchase of my new car. Eight months after the purchase of my car, I was in an unfortunate accident and my car was rear-ended, and again, Chris helped me in getting the car to the dealer and working through in getting my car repaired at the dealer and the body shop. Peter Alvarez of the Service Department has been extremely helpful throughout the years since 2005, always accommodating, clear quotes and mechanical information, and quickly getting my car serviced and returned to me in a timely manner. Peter also helped me a lot throughout the time when my car was in for repairs due to the accident. My experience at this dealer has been very pleasant and would definitely recommend customers to visit. More

I like Esserman because the staff is very professional, considerate and friendly. I have zero wait time for an appointment. My car is taken at the time it is scheduled. The facility is clean, too, and there's a cafe; so, one need not feel that he/she's going to a grungy garage. It's a pleasure to go there. More

From trying to contact a sales person, who by the way had called me several times on my cell phone, so that I could get a quote for a new car, to trying to return a lease, that I got from them, not from another nissan. It goes from the receptionist, all the way to sales, you name it, they got. Worse customer service/sales I ever encountered. More

This dealer and it's team went above and beyond when I called in for a service quote. They were by far the best price in town and Mr. Alvarez who I initially spoke to was friendly & personable. Once there, I experienced minimal wait time when dropping off my car. Mr. Picado mentioned to me that there were recalls on my Sentra and asked if I wanted to check for them. This was the first I had heard of this. I had taken my car in for service 3 separate times and they never mentioned it. GREAT JOB ESSERMAN NISSAN!!! More
