Exceptional service I have a Nissan dealer closer to my office but I always choose to go to Palmetto 57 Nissan due to the exceptional work Carlos Rodriguez does. I called in the morning, took my car in the afternoon and I was received right away. The wait time was fair due to what needed to be done to the car and Carlos kept me up to date. Great job! Horrible! Went to purchase a vehicle with a pre approval from the bank. Test drove the car and was ready to purchase. The salesman offered to run my credit to see what I was qualified for. Told him that I would like the out the door price before he did so. He walked out and came back with a quote and took off over $1500 in rebates that I didn’t qualify for. Instead of him trying to negotiate he sat back with hands crossed and said as if he were doing me a favor. Worse car buying experience ever. Went to Autonation the next day for the same car and was offered a cheaper out the door with better customer service. Have a couple of other dealers to visit but this one I will not be returning to. Bait and Switch! More
