The service department was great from the time I called. It was late and I didn't want to break down. I was near the dealer and called in for service. The representative said we are closing soon but if yo It was late and I didn't want to break down. I was near the dealer and called in for service. The representative said we are closing soon but if you can bring it in and leave it we can get someone to check it 1st thing in the morning. So I did, the service tech that greeted me said ma'am we are closing soon but will be more than willing to help you, if you can leave the car I can have someone look at it, 1st thing in the morning, do you need a ride home? I love the consistency especially since I didn't have an appointment. That night I received a link and a call the next morning with an update, just as I was told. Great staff, communicates well and it was no tension just ease. More
