It has been many years, since I have encountered such a good service advisor as Ozzy Dominguez. I usually avoid going back to the dealer for service because it has not been a good experiences for me, but h good service advisor as Ozzy Dominguez. I usually avoid going back to the dealer for service because it has not been a good experiences for me, but here at Esserman Nissan I am more than happy with the service I have received. My car's AC broke and it took a few days to get the part. Ozzy Dominguez kept in touch with me letting me know what was happening at all times. He also made sure I had a loaner car,so that I could still get around. Even when I go in for my regular scheduled service he is pleasant and goes out of his way to make sure that everything is perfect with my car. This young man is very professional and a hard worker. We traded in our 2008 Nissan Xterra in for a New leftover 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. This was without a doubt the best experience we ever had at a dealership. Mitra really worked hard to get us a great deal tha 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. This was without a doubt the best experience we ever had at a dealership. Mitra really worked hard to get us a great deal that we were comfortable with. He was very concerned with getting us the best deal he could. Mitra is very on point, what he says is what he does. There are no surprises or games. I can't believe how easy he made it, we were in and out with our new car. Now, on to our salesmen Bruce........ Amazing . Bruce is very laid back, not pushy at all, just wants you to be happy with your purchase. He will answer any questions you have, no matter how long it takes. He is super friendly and helpful. Esserman Nissan should recognize what assets Mitra & Bruce are to their company. It's people like them that make you come back, I know we will definitely be buying our next car from them and will be telling everyone we know about the phenomenal experience we had. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! WE DROVE 2 HRS TO BUY A USED FORD FOCUS WAGON, BEFORE WE LEFT THE HOUSE I CALLED THE INTERNET SALES PERSON, ANGELICE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CAR WAS STILL THERE AND IN GOOD CO USED FORD FOCUS WAGON, BEFORE WE LEFT THE HOUSE I CALLED THE INTERNET SALES PERSON, ANGELICE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CAR WAS STILL THERE AND IN GOOD CONDITION, READY TO GO. SHE ASSURED ME THAT WAS THE CASE. WELL, WHEN WE GOT THERE, THE CAR THAT WAS FINALLY PULLED UP WAS FULL OF DIRT, BRANCHES, LEAVES, FILTH, DISGUSTING!!! MOREOVER, THE PERFECT CONDITIONED CAR TURNED OUT TO BE A CRAP, VERY USED AND SMOKED IN, PROBABLY NEVER CHECKED OR NEVER SERVICED CHEAP JUNK!!! THE USED CAR "MANAGER" DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHICH CAR IT WAS, WHY THE A/C DIDNT WORK, WHAT KIND OF CABLES WERE HANGING OUT OF THE DASHBOARD, WHY IT WAS DIRTY, SINCE HE DIDNT EVEN LOOKED AT THE CAR "IN THE LAST 25 DAYS" -AS HE SAID.... VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, THE WORST DEALERSHIP THAT I HAVE EVER VISITED, BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS, AND FALSE ADVERTISERS, REPORT THEM TO THE STATE AND BBB!!! More

From the moment i walked into Esserman Nissan I was treated with extreme courtesy. I had no intention in buying a brand new car but then I met Mitra Ramprsad and he made my first car buying experience treated with extreme courtesy. Not only did I get rid of a used car headache, Mitra put me in 2012 new car that my family and I will enjoy for a long time. He made what I thought impossible possible to make a deal. I would be remissed if I did not take the time to tell of my experience at Esserman Nissan. Towards the end of 2011 I made a decision to purchase a car. And from the beginning I began to stress. There were 2 my experience at Esserman Nissan. Towards the end of 2011 I made a decision to purchase a car. And from the beginning I began to stress. There were 2 reasons I dreaded this process one I knew my credit was a "mess" and secondly I felt as if "car salesmen were out to get you". A friend of mine recommended Esserman Nissan and said " I know 2 guys who will take care of you". On January 30,2012 I had the opportunity to meet with Bruce Brady and Wilbert Rejoice who both greeted me with smiles and made me feel at ease. Bruce and I walked the entire lot to find a car.(This displays dedication and commitent). During the visit I also met Mitra Ranpersal who would seal the deal and he too was pleasant, optimistic and informative. Not only did Mitra work to get me approved he also provided me with valuable information to help improve my credit. As I, reflect I definitely put more stress on myself because my experience was stress free. For this I would like to say thank you to everyone who I encountered and would encourage them to continue to work with excellence,customer service and satisfaction in mind because it truly makes a difference.
