I had a fairly new vehicle (2008 Mitsubishi Galant) but extremely high payments. For the car to be a newer vehicle, it had no upgraded features. I felt trapped in a car that had high payments, high APR, lo extremely high payments. For the car to be a newer vehicle, it had no upgraded features. I must say that from the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Alexis sat down with me and asked what I wanted. I told him but I laughed because I felt like I was being unrealistic. Well, Alexis helped me to get the vehicle I wanted with lower payments and everything I said I wanted in the car. I couldnt believe it! I have never felt so happy leaving a dealership!!
