Not the case here. To my surprise, everyone was very professional, respectful, and straightforward. The OTD price I paid was exactly what was quoted over the phone. No surprises and no hidden fees when I got there. Even the feared “F&I room” was not what I expected; the finance officer Mitra Rampersad simply walked me through the paperwork without pushing me to buy all those optional products I didn't really want. If you want to purchase a car from the comfort of your couch I recommend you to contact the internet coordinator Angela Agudelo or if you go the traditional way, do ask for Bianca Duhaney when you get there, she is a very serious and pleasant sales consultant. I've been to many other car dealers in the past and have bought and leased several cars in a period of around 12 years. I was really amazed of how good and comfortable I felt when I visited Esserman Nissan bought and leased several cars in a period of around 12 years. I was really amazed of how good and comfortable I felt when I visited Esserman Nissan last Saturday. From the very beginning my salesperson (Agustin Davis) was the best, with no pressure and full of honesty and willingness he did the demo of the cars my wife and I were interested in. Our credit is less than perfect and we let him know that in advance. Usually I had seen other salesmen losing interest in you immediately after you tell them about problems in your credit. On the contrary, Agustin dedicated even more of his time to us to explain all the options and did not lose focus or energy in his efforts to understand what car we wanted and what were our car needs...all without even asking for our Social Security Number and without any pressure to go and run our credit. Agustin really performed like a professional trying to fulfill our needs first without even worrying about anything else. Of course we wanted the car so we started working with the finance staff and they were equally professionals. Mr. Simon Robles (Finance Director) spoke to us and explained to us the options based on our credit. He focused on us and instead of pushing us to sign and leave, he wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with the monthly payment we classified. He explained to us where that payment was coming from and helped us in every possible way he could. Both, Agustin Davis and Simon Robles provided outstanding service and attention. Since I love Nissan cars (I have two now and had a Murano 3 years ago) I can honestly say that after finding a car dealer like Esserman Nissan and staff like Agustin and Simon, it will be really difficult for me to go somewhere else ever. I would recommend this dealer 1000%. More

We visited the Esserman Service Department for the first time in April 2010 and Tamika was there to greet us with a smile and checked us ri Service. This past Saturday, September 18th we were back for another oil change. We had only been there once before but Tamika remembered exactly who we were which was so impressive. Once again she provided us with friendly customer service. We worked with Aliek Velez most of the day. Originally we visited for an oil change but decided to consider trading our vehicle for a new model. We had a little trouble at first finding the right vehicle within our budget... we wanted much more than what we could afford... but Aliek did not give up on us and in the end, we ended up with exactly what we wanted at a price we were willing to live with. Aliek stuck with us the whole day answering our questions and working with his Manger to help us "make a deal" and walk away happy. He had a great attitude and a great personality. We really enjoyed working with him. He did not make us feel like he was desperate to make a sale. He made us feel like he genuinely cared about us and wanted to see us pull out of the lot in something that was going to make us happy. Mike Robinson stepped in toward the end of our negotiations to assist in explaining in more detail exactly how the Manager comes up with the number. This helped us to really understand where they were coming from. It was Mike that finally was able to help us come to that final number that we felt comfortable saying yes to. Lastly, it was Freddy in finance that closed out our acquisition. He was terrific. He had a great personality and made us feel great out our purchase. My husband and I were with our 10 month old daughter and all three men, Aliek, Mike and especially Freddy were wonderful with her which we really appreciated. The overall experience was very pleasant. We love Nissan's. We now have two 2010 Nissan's both with 39 month leases. We will be back for all of our service needs... but when it's time to trade in, it will be with Esserman! More

As usual, a great experience!!! I took my car in for an alignment and waited for it. My appointment was for 9 am and they took my car in as soon as I got there. When I walked in to Esserman Nissan I wasn't sure Pathfinder was going to be my next car even if it was in my wish list. The professionalism and friendliness of Michael Robinson made that possible.
