I went shooping for a new car, and I got I wanted. Michael and Carman were extremly nice, and worked with me for every sigle detail. Most humiliating experience I have ever had shopping for a car. The salesman had me waiting for hours and hours and hours and hours. It was totally bizarre. He would say he need to make a copy of my license a car. The salesman had me waiting for hours and hours and hours and hours. It was totally bizarre. He would say he need to make a copy of my license and then not return for over an hour. I had to search all over the dealership and find him and he acted like nothing had happened. Then he put me in a room with another worker who switched everything up an acted super happy saying "Yes I can get you this car for such-and-such a price right now. Are you ready to buy?", then he would leave the room and disappear for 45 minutes. WTF? I will never do business with these scum for as long as I live. BEWARE of these scam artists. More

Purchased a 2012 GT-R from Chris over the phone. Took a flight from Atlanta to Miami on a Sunday morning and Mike from Essernman picked us up at the airport. Transaction was quick and I was driving my GT-R flight from Atlanta to Miami on a Sunday morning and Mike from Essernman picked us up at the airport. Transaction was quick and I was driving my GT-R back to GA in a couple of hours. Esserman fully paid for my GA tag and ad valorem tax! Thanks Chris! More

I was treated with respect, honesty and was given an excellent price for my trade in and an unbeatable price for my purchase. I must add that Alexis phone me after I left the dealer to ensure that I was 100% happy with my purchase, his attention to detail is remarkable. I highly recommend Esserman Nissan and Alexis Morillo. All I have to say is Alexis and Esserman get 5 stars out of 5 in my buying experience. I was treated with respect, honesty, and with a no hassling attitude. Alexis listened to what I had to say and acted of 5 in my buying experience. I was treated with respect, honesty, and with a no hassling attitude. Alexis listened to what I had to say and acted accordingly without trying to sway me into another vehicle. The dealership has endless stock of all vehicles, even though the 57th Ave facing dealership looks small, they have an entire other parking lot full of cars behind the BJs. They had the exact color and trim I wanted and was not pressured into anything else. Alexis and the sales manager worked with me to approve my lease at a rate I could afford and the finance manger was pleasant to talk and work with, as opposed to so many other dealers. Questions were welcomed and all were answered. They went above and beyond to service me as a loyal Nissan customer and I appreciate their insight into my early lease trade-in. I am so pleased with the dealreship I am recommending it to all my friends and will definitely be back to trade in my lease for a new one when I can. I settled on a base-line Maxima 3.5. 300 horse power and a 3.5L V6 on this baby hums on the highway. The acceleration is amazing. It is truly a 350Z in a 4-door style car, with the ability to take friends with you. AMAZING car AMAZING service AMAZING dealer! Thank you! More

During this purchase, I dealt with Mike Robinson, who is the biggest reason why I keep coming back to Esserman. He is courteous, friendly and does whatever it takes to make your shopping experience a positive one. Nothing like other salespersons I've dealt with in the past. Due to hardship, my credit is not what it once was, therfore, Mike introduced me to Mitra in financing. Mike told me that Mitra would do whatever he could to get me the deal I needed and could afford. Mitra was a wizard when it came to finances. He took his time, explained everything to me and made what would of been a very embaressing ordeal anywhere else, a wonderful experiance. Due to the wonderful attention my family and I received, now there are 2 big reasons why I'll be buying from Esserman Nissan in the future all my vehicles, Mike & Mitra. More
