Mr. Ullysse was able to get me into the site, but we both were not sure where to go from there, so he called Ms. Dyshawn Rigby who walked us through the entire process. She make it seem soooooo easy. After the walk through, it was easy. Thank you Mr. Carlo Ullysse and Ms. Dyshawn Rigby for helping me to learn your "Dealer Rater" survey system. I think it is very important that customers get the opportunity to express the experience that they had after visiting Esserman Nissan. After visiting 2 other dealerships before going to Esserman Nissan I was so highly disappointed in the customer service and due to that I was very discourged on buying a car. I met with three people, Guillermo Hidalgo, Carlo Ullysse, & Mitra Rampersad. All three were great to work with. They were very courteous and very accomodating. They both made my visit an absolute pleasure and I am so glad that the people I recommended to purchase from actually bought their vehicle here , They have come back with similar stories so I know it is NOT JUST ME that they treat with professionalism and courtesy, I didnot find out till I was ready to leave that the guy named Eric was the Service Manager, I drive a 2004 Sentra and they treated me like a drove up in the Armada ! Bernie really took the time with me to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. Being a single mom it was a big step for me to buy a new car.
